JME ADVANCED INSPECTION SYSTEMS

JME Pipeline Crawlers.

For over 30 years, JME Pipeline Crawlers have been continually improved and updated to produce panoramic radiographs of the highest quality. Their range of pipeline crawlers is designed to inspect circumferential butt welds in new pipelines, such as oil and gas transmission pipelines, from 6-72 in (15.24-183 cm). As a self-contained and self-powered exposure vehicle, they are ideal for a vast range of NDT applications both on and offshore. JME’s unique handset, with a 4.3” touchscreen and multi-language support, allows external control and monitoring of the crawler while operating in the pipe.

JME 6:CR2 Pipeline Crawler

JME’s 2nd Generation CR2 range is the world’s most ‘Technologically Advanced’ NDT crawler system. The JME 6:CR2 Pipeline Crawler is exceptionally compact, lightweight and deployable in an Internal Diameter (ID) range between 5.5-18 in (140 mm-457 mm).

Coupled with X-ray generators from JME or ICM, this system can produce internal panoramic single-wall-single-image (SWSI) radiographs of very high quality.

The crawler is commanded using JME’s Magnetic Control System (Magnetope). Additional features are accessible using JME's brand new CR2 Remote Handset.

JME 10:CR2 Pipeline Crawler

The JME 10:CR2 Pipeline Crawler is the most versatile worldwide, designed to produce high-quality panoramic radiographs of circumferential butt welds in new pipelines with an Internal Diameter (ID) between 9.5- 48 in (240-1220 mm).  These pipeline crawlers work with the SENTINEL 880 Series Delta Gamma-Ray Source Projector, COMET's PXS EVO 200P and 300P X-ray generators, and various other manufacturers.

JME’s unique Remote Handset allows external control and monitoring of the crawler while operating within the pipe. JME’s 10:CR2 crawler also integrates both water and end of pipe sensors to protect against damage and give the owner/operator peace of mind.

JME 12:CR2 Gamma Pipeline Crawler

The JME 12:CR2 Gamma Pipeline Crawler integrates with QSA Global, Inc's SENTINEL 880 Series Delta Gamma-Ray Source Projector to produce high-quality panoramic radiographs of circumferential butt welds in new pipelines with an Internal Diameter (ID) between 12-48 in (305-1219 mm).   The coupling mechanism for the Gamma-Ray Source Projector is designed to be simple to use, making it very easy to remove the unit for secure overnight storage.

JME’s unique Remote Handset allows external control and monitoring of the crawler while operating within the pipe. JME’s 12:CR2 crawler also integrates both water and end of pipe sensors to protect against damage and give the owner/operator peace of mind.
