Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are all your products still available?

Our supply base continues to remain solid. Most of our hardware components are sourced from suppliers in a variety of US geographic locations and our isotopes are sourced from multiple domestic and international suppliers.

We have verified supply security with the critical components of our electronic products and stocked up on other items to ensure there are no manufacturing delays.

As indicated above, all our facilities are operational (although many business and commercial personnel continue working from home).

We will be constantly monitoring for any changes and adjusting to ensure a continued supply to keep our customers up and running during this challenging period.

  • Can I request a demo of your products?

Yes.  In limited cases we are able to perform live demonstrations.  Where live demonstrations are not currently feasible we are providing virtual demonstrations of our products and are set up for most video conferencing  methods. Please contact us to schedule a virtual demo.

  • How is this impacting delivery?

We are unfortunately seeing a negative impact on our logistics networks. This started in Asia and now has heavily impacted Europe. In most cases, this involves airline shipment delays of up to two weeks and frequently cost increases.

We are working with our network of skilled freight forwarders and brokers to deliver product in a timely manner and have mostly been successful. We do ask your patience with the disruptions in the airline industry.

As an Illinois Tool Works (ITW) company, we are well-supported with the latest information and a broad range of enterprise resources. Since the situation regarding COVID-19 is evolving daily, we will work to keep you informed of any changes that would affect your orders.

  • Are you holding training classes?

Unfortunately, we are not holding training classes at this time.  In the meantime, we are providing basic Inspection and Maintenance tutorials on our YouTube channel.

  • Are you able to service my device?

Yes. Our facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia are currently open and we are able to provide full source reload, maintenance, and disposition services for your device and sources.  Please contact us with any special requests.
